XIME places a lot of importance on academic rigour. To enhance and practically apply the knowledge received in class and to even facilitate "outside the class learning", XIME has encouraged me to participate in various management fests across the south of India. These fests not only helped me gather knowledge but also helped me to diversify my knowledge across the global cultures.
With sound domain knowledge in various fields and with the development of other soft skills, XIME has not only helped me in enhancing my knowledge but also paved a way towards becoming a vibrant manager. The exposure given to me through the participation in various fests and other events have allowed me to gain valuable experience. The international tours have helped me expand my horizon and gain additional knowledge which is proficient in my career.
The sessions at XIME inculcate a culture of understanding global perspectives, inspiring us to effect change at similar levels in the near future.

The story behind starting XIME continues to inspire me . The way it expanded from a temporary shed at St. Martha’s Hospital compound to 3 sprawling campuses is a great and significant achievement.
The course gave me the right exposure. While the course content & the professors kept feeding my inquisitive mind, the industry talks/live projects/student exchange programs kept me close to reality and helped me to be better professional.
