To build learning agility and practical competence, every PGDM student is immersed in a diverse pedagogical mix that includes:

  • Case Method using Harvard Business Publishing global and Indian case studies
  • Business Simulations from Harvard Business Impact
  • Individual and Team Exercises
  • Live Projects with organisations
  • Seminar Presentations & Business Games
  • Role-plays for behavioural and communication skills
  • Industry Visits & Interactions with Industry Leaders

This eclectic, application-driven approach ensures that students don’t just learn concepts—they apply them in realistic, decision-making environments, strengthening their readiness for placements and leadership roles.

Comprehensive Evaluation System

XIME follows a robust, continuous, and transparent evaluation framework, a hallmark of top B-schools offering AICTE-approved PGDM programmes.

Students are assessed through multiple components to promote consistent academic engagement and practical learning:

  • Quizzes
  • Class tests
  • Mid-term examinations
  • Home assignments
  • Live projects
  • Class participation
  • End-of-term written examinations

In line with academic policy, end-term exams carry a maximum of 40% weightage, emphasizing continuous learning over one-time testing.

  • Students must achieve a minimum CGPA of 4.5 to be promoted from the first to the second year.
  • A minimum CGPA of 5.0 (B average) at the end of the second year is mandatory to receive the Post Graduate Diploma in Management.
