Admissions Process for the PGDM / PGDM–BA Programmes at XIME

1. Check Eligibility

Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria for the programme.
 

2. Obtain an Entrance Test Score

Apply with a valid and credible score in any approved management entrance test (XAT / CAT / CMAT / MAT / ATMA / GMAT).
 

3. Submit Your Online Application

Complete the online application form and choose your preferred programme(s) and campus(es).
 

4. Monitor Email Communication

All official updates, shortlist announcements, GD/PI schedules, and offer details will be sent to your registered email ID.
Please ensure emails from admissions@xime.org are not missed.

5. Attend GDPI (Group Discussion & Personal Interview)

Shortlisted candidates must attend the GDPI round at the designated centre or via the mode communicated.
 

6. Pay the Seat Confirmation Fee

If selected, confirm your acceptance by paying the Seat Confirmation Fee of ₹25,000 within the stipulated deadline.

7. Pay the 1st Instalment of the Programme (and Hostel, if applicable)

After receiving the Provisional Offer Letter, pay the 1st instalment of the programme fee (and hostel fee, if opting for hostel).
 

8. Attend Programme Inauguration

Report physically to your allotted campus on the programme inauguration day to complete registration formalities.
