Comprehensive Evaluation System

The PGDM–BA programme follows a continuous and versatile evaluation process designed to promote consistent academic engagement.

Students are assessed through:

  • Periodic quizzes
  • Class tests
  • Mid-term examinations
  • Assignments
  • Live project evaluations
  • Class participation
  • End-of-term written examinations

As per academic policy, the end-of-term examination carries a maximum weightage of 40% in determining the final grade for a course.

Setting a High Standard for Qualification

To maintain academic rigor, XIME follows well-defined performance benchmarks:

  • A minimum CGPA of 4.5 is required for promotion from the first year to the second year.
  • A minimum CGPA of 5.0 (B average) at the end of the second year is required to be awarded the:
