Mythiri B. is an Assistant Professor of Business Communication in the Department of Entrepreneurship & Communication at Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship. She has submitted her Ph.D. thesis on Integrating Social-Emotional Learning to Foster Inclusivity in Tertiary-Level English Classrooms.As a researcher and educator, her work focuses on English language education, Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), Business Communication, and Second Language Acquisition. She incorporates inclusive pedagogy, sustainability, and critical thinking into her teaching, promoting learner-centered and collaborative classrooms. Her research explores the intersection of language education and emotional intelligence, aiming to enhance employability skills and prepare students for success in a diverse, globalized workforce.
