Brief profile
Dr Chacko Jacob has a blend of corporate and academic experience spanning six years. During his brief stint in the industry, he worked in the Quality Assurance Department of Minda Valeo Ltd, an automotive supplier as the Departmental In-charge. Subsequently, he worked as a faculty member at the College of Engineering, Chengannur and the National Institute of Technology, Calicut.

He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Warangal, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee and a Doctorate from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kozhikode. He is active in research and has presented papers at various national and international conferences. His papers have been published in the Journal of Emerging Market Finance. He is also a reviewer for Applied Economics.

He is also an avid debater, a college-level badminton player and a music enthusiast.
