National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) is going to host its 36^th Annual National Conference - 2017 (NATCON 2017) at Chennai, Tamil Nadu on the theme 'HR Positioning in Current Disruptive Business Environment'. NIPM Annual National Conference is one of the India’s largest Human Resources Conferences, attracting leading HR and business professionals from India and abroad. The mega event will take place on 15 & 16 September, 2017 at Hotel Taj Coromandel, Chennai, hosted by NIPM Madras Chapter.

We have been chosen as the Principal Academic Partner of the Conference and this would be an excellent platform to showcase our Chennai Campus. The XIME Team comprising of Rev. Dr. George Sebastian, Director, XIME Chennai, Prof. Sam Placid, Dean (External Program), XIME Group and Dr. Selvam Jesiah, Dean(Academics), XIME Chennai handed over a cheque of Rs. 2 Lacs to Mr S. Rajappan, Chairman Madras Chapter, NATCON 2017 on the 22^nd of July at the NIPM Monthly Meeting held at Hotel Savera International, Chennai to confirm our status as the Principal Academic Partner of NATCON 2017.
