Leadership Development Programme for Senior Executives (DGM & Above)-NLC India Ltd

A customised 4-day residential Leadership Development Programme for 4 batches (total of 78 participants) of senior executives (DGMs and above) from NLC India Ltd is organised at XIME Bangalore during October and November 2018. The training covered a wide array of topics including Interpersonal Relations/ Inter Personal Influence, Passion for Achievement / Result Orientation, Planning and Decision Making, Business Acumen/ Cost & Business Orientation, Active Passion for Learning, and Change Management/ Driving Success with Change. The programme had both theoretical sessions and practical workshop. It was well received. XIME  also conducted similar programme for 6 batches (210 participants) of chief managers of NLC during
January and February 2018 at Neyveli.
