71st Independence Day Celebration at XIME
The Independence Day celebration started with flag hoisting by Prof. J.Philip, President of XIME which was followed by the National Anthem. Prof. Philip addressed the gathering enlightening the students on how the country has progressed since the last 70 years’ post-independence and how the responsibility of building a great nation depends on the young managers.

To encourage the faculty members, a cash prize of Rs.25001/- was declared, and the Best Teacher Award was given to Prof. Shanmugam G for his outstanding teaching and mentoring. Thereafter, School kits were donated to the students of Gubbachi Learning Community Govt. High School. The vote of thanks was then given by one of the students of XIME. The celebration came to an end with a cultural show on the theme - “Tribute to Nation.”
