Vinayak has done multitude of roles across the spectrum of international business including strategy, marketing , finance and has also closely involved in setting up in house centres/sites, startup businesses among others both in India and across the world.

His passion for excellence in innovation and people / program management has enabled him to build and implement several business models to execution across clients in the US, Europe, AP among others.

He is an active speaker with the management development community and a business facilitator in the areas of leadership , technical leadership and new age

disruptive innovation.

He also does Executive programs with INSEAD, IMD Switzerland, Georgetown University, MDI among others

He has had three startups in the areas of engineering, e-commerce and analytics.

He is also a Marshall Goldsmith certified Executive Coach and a Certified Independent Corporate Director.

He is an alumnus of IIM K and the Harvard Business School.
