• He worked as a Senior Research Fellow at the Department of Management Studies, National

             Institute of Technology (NIT), Tiruchirappalli.

• He had work experience of 16 years at TVS.  He was awarded UGC - NET Junior Research Fellowship in Management, Best Employee and Best Suggestion awards from TVS.
• He published research articles in Australian Business Deans Council (ABDC) listed Journals and Scopus indexed Journals. 
• He has research interests in Lean Six Sigma, Data Analytics for Lean Six Sigma, Supply Chain Management, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Entrepreneurship Challenges amid VUCA environment.
• He is also interested in Lean Management Consulting projects with industry in which, He studied the Impact of Lean Implementation in SMEs for his research Thesis.
