Dr. K. Subha is an Associate Professor in the area of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship (XIME), Bengaluru. She holds a Doctorate in Management and is UGC-NET qualified in Management. She also holds a Master’s degree in Foods and Nutrition from Bharathiar University.
With over two decades of experience in management education, Dr. Subha has been actively engaged in teaching and academic mentoring at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels across diverse areas of management. She has undergone advanced training in pedagogy and research methods at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA), further strengthening her expertise in management education, research, and student development. Her research contributions include publications in ABDC- and Scopus-indexed journals. Her research interests include Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, HR Analytics, Talent Management, and related areas of workplace behavior and management.
In addition to teaching and research, Dr. Subha is actively involved in academic mentoring, student research projects, and institution-building initiatives. She also contributes to student-led clubs and initiatives, supporting the holistic development of learners and fostering their academic, professional, and personal growth.
A Study on Behavioural Intention and Actual Usage Of Artificial Intelligence among the Select Service Sector Employees" in 4th International Conference on Innovation and Sustainable Business Practices in the Digital Era 2025 (ICISD’2025) jointly organized by VIT-AP School of Business (India), NewCastle Business School (Australia), Birmingham City University (UK) and Heriot-Watt University (UK) and won the Best Paper Award in the HR track.
