Dr. K. Subha is a Senior Assistant Professor in the area of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship (XIME), Bengaluru. She holds a Doctorate in Management from Bharathiar University and is UGC-NET qualified in Management. She also holds a Master’s degree in Foods and Nutrition from Bharathiar University.
With over two decades of academic experience, Dr. Subha has been actively engaged in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students across diverse management disciplines. She has undergone advanced training in pedagogy and research methods at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA), further strengthening her expertise in management education and research.
Her research contributions include publications in ABDC and Scopus-indexed journals. Her academic interests encompass Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, HR Analytics, and Talent Management.
Beyond teaching and research, Dr. Subha is actively involved in mentoring student research projects and guiding student-led clubs and initiatives, fostering both academic and personal development among learners.
