Dr. Shradha brings over 9 years of rich industry experience across diverse sectors including FMCG, Big4, Big Tech, real estate, and retail. Her professional journey has been centered on recruitment and talent management, with a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. She has successfully led DEI hiring efforts, collaborating with global organizations to build more inclusive workplace cultures.
Dr. Shradha holds a Ph.D. in Human Resources & Organizational Behaviour (HR&OB) from IIM Shillong, where her doctoral research explored sensemaking during the Covid-19 crisis. Her academic interests include leadership, workplace emotions, employee satisfaction, and gender dynamics in organizational settings.
An accomplished researcher, Dr. Shradha has published extensively in ABDC and SCOPUS-indexed journals and was honoured with the Best Paper Award at the INDAM 2022 Conference. Her dual passion for teaching and research drives her mission to bridge academic theory with industry practice, shaping the next generation of HR leaders and organizational thinkers.
