Dr. Shradha brings over 9 years of extensive industry experience, spanning key sectors such as FMCG, Big4, Big Tech, real estate, and retail. Throughout her career, she has specialized in recruitment, leading initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) hiring. Dr. Shradha’s experience working with some of the world’s largest corporations has equipped her with a deep understanding of talent management and the importance of fostering inclusive workplace cultures. Most recently, she headed the DEI hiring vertical, collaborating with major corporations to enhance diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Dr Shradha holds a PhD in HR&OB from IIM Shillong, where her research focused on sensemaking during the Covid-19 crisis. Her academic interests span leadership, workplace emotions, employee satisfaction, and gender roles in the workplace.
Dr. Shradha is a prolific researcher, with several publications in ABDC and SCOPUS-indexed journals, and she was honoured with the Best Paper Award at the INDAM 2022 conference. With a deep commitment to both research and teaching, she aims to bridge academic insights with practical applications to develop the next generation of leaders.
