Prof. Jaiswal has had a long stint in the industry with his last association as the Executive Vice President and Head at Murugappa Group, Chennai. He had also associated with Infosys Leadership Institute, Mysore besides having taught in a Business School for around 3.5 years, when he began his career.

Prof. Jaiswal holds a Master’s Degree from the London School of Economics & Political Science and an MBA, and currently pursuing EFPM from XLRI.

His major contribution is in leadership development, organization transformation, executive education, teaching, consulting, psychometric analysis, coaching, mentoring, and talent development.
