Dr. Emily Maria K. Jose serves as Assistant Professor in the area of Human Resource Management at Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship (XIME), Bengaluru. Her academic interests encompass Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, and Emotional Intelligence.

She has a strong inclination towards both qualitative and quantitative research and is proficient in the use of various research and analytical tools, including JASP, VOSviewer, Biblioshiny, and SmartPLS. Her expertise enables her to undertake rigorous research and contribute to evidence-based management practices.

Dr. Emily has actively participated in several national and international conferences, where she has presented her research findings. She has also published three research papers in Scopus-indexed journals.
