Ms Charishma Narayan specialises in Technology consulting and Go-To-Market Strategy. She is currently working for Siemens Technologies India within the Research and Development division, in the field of Computer vision based Artificial Intelligence for industrial automation.  Prior to this she worked at Wipro Technologies across multiple roles in the Data, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence technology space. 

She was chosen as one among only 8 participants from across the globe for a leadership talent network called Glow+ at Siemens and is currently also a part of the 1000 Women Leaders Program. She was awarded the Rising Inventor of the year for her Invention Disclosure on Futuristic Energy Technology and has co-authored many research articles and papers on multiple technology topics. 

She pursued her PGDM from XIME, where she was awarded the “Best Outgoing Student” of her batch and has won laurels at every fest across functions like Marketing, HR, Operations and General Management. She was awarded the Exemplar award for her outstanding performance at Wipro and has represented the company in multiple International Conferences and Trade Fairs. 

Ms Charishma has also passed the NCC ‘A’ certificate examination and represented the Karnataka & Goa Directorate in the Annual Republic Day Camp at New Delhi, for which she was awarded the Chief Minister’s commendation card.
