Dr B Ashok, with over 35 years of Industry experience and Retired from DRDO-ADA after 32+ years of service as Deputy Director. Has both technical and managerial experience in the areas of Materials development, R&D and Project management. Has successfully guided three ME Thesis and one PhD thesis one PhD work is under progress. Has over 30 published papers, one book chapter published by Springer publications and over 35 Conference papers in both technical and managerial areas. Some of his papers well received are:

He has been awarded with four national awards including the prestigious DRDO award for path breaking Research / outstanding Technology Development 2011. He is amongst the panel of referees for Defence Scientific Journal (DSJ, Impact factor 0.9). He holds BE and ME (both from Indian Institute of Science), MBA (IGNOU) and PhD – Management (AMU)   and also PGDBA,DPM,DFM and LLB. Has been elected Fellow of Institution of Engineers and Indian Institute of Metals and a Chartered Engineer. He specializes in multidisciplinary   approach to Management problems.
