Prof Amod Vijayvargiya has played business leadership roles as Global Operating Leader and Vice President roles at Genpact and Capgemini with over 25 years of experience in  driving growth, transformation and delivery of shared services for clients, with a strong focus on driving digital automation led operations. His experience cuts across multiple industries, regions and services (transactional, CoE and advisory), having worked in organizations like Godrej, GRASIM, Hitachi, and Capgemini Ernst and Young. Amod has built and run large multi-function captives/ GBS organizations ensuring operational performance, predictability and customer experience. His expertise lies in aligning client needs, thought leadership, technology and talent with successful, industry recognized stints at San Francisco, Mumbai, Paris, London, and Bangalore. He is a passionate and collaborative change agent. Outside work Amod has a keen interest in world history and how it influences leadership styles across cultures. He believes in the importance of behavioral psychology and actively coaches on personality traits and their relevance to the world of work - physical or digital. A lifelong pop culture aficionado, he loves to read, write and talk on movies, music and its impact on social consciousness. He has spoken on the above topics at leading forums across the country.  Amod is an alumnus of NIT - Bhopal, NITIE - Mumbai, and University of California - Berkeley. He is also currently pursuing a PhD in management (EFPM) from IIM Indore with a specialisation in communications.
