He is a well experienced Higher Education Professional, with over 4 decades of rich experience in Industry including fifteen years as a trainer for Banking Professionals and Faculty for Postgraduate students of Management. Formerly he was associated with Canara Bank as  Divisional Manger and Canbank Factors Ltd as its Senior Vice President. He was also Executive Secretary and Faculty in XIME for ten years.

He has hands on experience Banking. Factoring and other Financial Services and has conducted various training programmes for Bank Executives/ Managers/ Officers of different Banks, apart from handling subjects of Finance, Banking Insurance and Law.
