LDP for Alten India Private Limited

 

XIME, Bangalore conducted a two-day residential ‘Leadership Development Program’ for Alten India Private Limited on September 14^th and 15^th 2017. The objective of the two day LDP was to conduct sessions on improving managerial effectiveness of the mid-senior level employees of Alten India. The workshop had eight sessions on topics like effective communication & negotiation skills, managing & mentoring effectively, change management, innovation, presentation skills, time management, goal setting, and managing conflict. 11 employees of Alten India joined the LDP.
