The 30th Convocation Ceremony of XIME Bangalore was a prestigious and memorable event held on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 5:00 PM at the St. Francis College Auditorium, Koramangala, Bangalore. The ceremony marked an important academic milestone as graduating students of Batch B30 and BA04 were formally awarded their diploma certificates in the presence of faculty, parents, distinguished guests, and members of the Board of Governors.
The event was graced by Mr. Samson David, Former CEO of SOROCO, as the Chief Guest, who kindly consented to deliver the Convocation Address, inspiring the graduating students with his insights and experiences. The programme began with the convocation procession entering the auditorium, followed by the formal declaration of the convocation open by Prof. Anil J. Philip, Chairman XIME Bangalore and President, XIME Society. A tribute was paid to the Late Founder, Chevalier Prof. J. Philip, acknowledging his visionary leadership and lasting contribution to the institution.
Prof. Roshni James, Director (Officiating), XIME Bangalore, welcomed the gathering and presented the Annual Report, followed by the presentation of diploma recipients by Prof. A.R. Rajagopalan, Dean (Academics). The Chairman of the Board of Governors awarded the diploma certificates, while the Chief Guest presented the Awards of Excellence. The Convocation Address by Mr. Samson David served as a key highlight of the evening, offering valuable guidance to the graduating batch.
The ceremony also included the Chairman’s Message, a Vote of Thanks by a graduating student, and the National Anthem by the assembly, before formally declaring the convocation closed.
