Mr. Nandha Kumar S is a Junior Assistant Professor at Xavier Institute of Management and
Entrepreneurship, Bangalore. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics
Engineering (EEE) from Madurai Kamaraj University and a Master’s degree in Power
Electronics and Drives (PED) from Anna University. He also earned a Master of Corporate
Law (MCL) from The Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University and a Post Graduate Diploma
in Cyber Law and Cyber Forensics (PGDCLCF) from National Law School of India University,
Bangalore .He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Management Science from University of
Mysore..
He has around 19 years of teaching experience and has published research papers in
journals and presented papers at international conferences.. He has also organized various
Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs) His research interests include Supply Chain
Management, Industry Technology Transfer, and the interdisciplinary applications of
management, technology, and analytics.
He has been serving as an Electrical Division Committee Member of the Institution of
Engineers (India), Hosur Local Centre for the terms 2022–2024 and 2024–2026. In addition,
he served as the Secretary of the Hosur Local Centre, IEI (India), from March to June 2025.
