Mr. Nandha Kumar S is an Assistant Professor at Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME), Bangalore. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University, a Master of Engineering (M.E.) in Power Electronics and Drives from Anna University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Anna University, and a Master of Corporate Law (MCL) from The Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University. He also earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Law and Cyber Forensics (PGDCLCF) from the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore.

He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Management Science at the University of Mysore, where his research focuses on Industry Technology Transfer, Supply Chain Management, and emerging technologies in management.

With nearly 20 years of teaching experience, he has been actively engaged in teaching, academic administration, and research He has published research papers in reputed national and international journals and has presented papers at several international conferences. He has also organized and coordinated various Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), workshops, and other academic initiatives.

Beyond academia, he has been actively associated with the Institution of Engineers (India) [IEI]. He has served as an Electrical Division Committee Member of the IEI, Hosur Local Centre, for the terms 2022–2024 and 2024–2026. He also served as the Secretary of the IEI Hosur Local Centre, from March to June 2025, contributing to professional development activities, technical events, and engineering outreach initiatives.
