Dr. Bhadra K. V. is an academic and practitioner in the fields of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour, bringing together industry and academic experience to bridge the gap between theory and practice. Her work contributes to both corporate and educational ecosystems through a strong focus on people, organizations, and sustainable development.

She holds a Ph.D. in Management from the Department of Management Studies (DoMS), IIT Madras, an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD), Pune, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Madras Christian College, Chennai.

Her research interests include social enterprises and long-term sustainable organizational development, with a particular focus on building purpose-driven and resilient organizations through the enhancement of strategic capabilities.
