XIME Faculty have been invited to be Resource persons in several conferences, workshops and seminars across the country. A partial list of the same is given below
Dr. Manoj Varghese
Dr. Manoj Varghese was a resource person for the MDP on Oncologists at MVR Cancer Centre, Calicut on 10th May 2017.
He also participated in SAS Training on Predictive Modeling in Bangalore from 22nd to 27th May 2017 conducted by SAS India Limited.
He was a resource person for the International Conference on “Access to Information and Communication Technology” at National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi on 12th October, 2017.
He was a resource person for a session on HR Analytics conducted by NIPM Kottayam Chapter on 22nd February 2018. He also did a session for the HR managers of Malayala Manorama on 7th March 2018 on the topic ‘Data Science in HR’
He was a panel member for ELLTA 2017, The Emerging Perspective on Leadership in/for Asia held at Bangkok on 25-17 July,2017.
He was a resource person for the MDP on “Strategic Transformation and Leadership” for ITI Ltd. At IIM K on 30th November 2017.
He was a resource person for the MDP on “Managerial Excellence Programme” for Electronics Corporation of India Ltd. at IIM K on 8th December 2017
Dr. Francy T V
Dr. Francy T V was the lead faculty for a three-Day National Workshop on Data Extraction for Social Science Research at Government College Kodanchery sponsored by Directorate of Collegiate Education on 18th January 2018.
He was a resource person for a training programme in quantitative methods in socio-legal research in Government Law College Thrissur on 18th & 19th December 2017.
He was a resource person for a National Seminar on Statistics: Life and Praxis organized by department of statistics, Sree Neelakanta Govt.College, Pattambi on 11th December 2017.
Ms. Ranjana Varghese
Ms. Ranjana Varghese was a resource person at IIM K for an MDP on Managerial Effectiveness Programme for Animal Husbandry Department, Government of Kerala, held from 17th to 18th April 2017.
She was a resource person at Federal Knowledge and Development Centre of Federal Bank Ltd., for Sparsh Training programme on 2nd May 2017.
She was a lead trainer for the Additional Skills and Acquisition Program of Government of Kerala, at St. Xaviers College, Aluva on 12th May 2017.
She was a resource person for the Continuous Education Program of the Institute of Cost accountants India, Kottayam Chapter on 13th May 2017 .She spoke on Social Media Networking in the Digital Era.
She was a resource person for the MDP on Managerial Effectiveness Programme for the Executives of Manappuram Finance Limited on 24th February 2018 at IIM Kozhikode. She took sessions on Leadership & Team Building
She was an expert panel member at Kerala Startup Mission on 15th July 2017
She was a resource person for the MDP on “Strategic Transformation and Leadership” for ITI Ltd. At IIM K on 29th November 2017. She took session on ‘Building an organizational culture for growth”

Dr. Joseph Cherukara
He has been selected as a Member of the editorial committee of Business Review and Research Journal of Kerala Management Association, peer-reviewed the papers of June 2017 issue.
Dr. Assissi Menachery
Dr. Assissi Menachery was a resource person for the session at Mar Othonecious Training college on ‘Educational Process Quality, Student Centered Learning and Client Centered Psychotherapy’ on 16th and 22nd January 2018.
He was a resource person at MES Kuttipuram (Institute of Management) for a session on ‘Resume preparation and Interviewing skills’ on 6th January 2018. He was also a resource person for training at Indian Rare Earth Limited, Chavara, Kollam on March 16th &17th for the GM level and middle level management, on 'Enterprise Risk Management'.
Dr. P. Srinivasan
Dr. P. Srinivasan was a resource person in the Two Week AICTE sponsored Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Financial Econometrics - Theory and Applications” during 11th-23rd December 2017, held at the MITS School of Business, Madanapalle Institute of Technology and Science, Andhra Pradesh.
Mr. B Radhakrishnan
He was a resource person for the Leadership Programme conducted for 70 students from 12th Standard in Karaikal District on 21st October 2017.
Mr. Platosen Samarasam
Mr. Platosen Samarasam, was a resource person at the State Level Seminar on “Green Marketing” organized by Xavier Institute of Business Administration (XIBA), Tirunelveli on 24 th February 2018. He spoke on “Sustainable Marketing Strategy for Organic Farm Produce”.

Dr. R. Nandagoapl was the resource person at Leadership Management Program at XIME Bangalore on 15th & 16th October 2018.
