More on Live Projects
XIME’s commitment to experiential learning and its outcomes comes alive with the integration of Live Projects into the curriculum. These projects provide students with hands-on opportunities to apply classroom concepts in real business contexts — bridging the gap between theory and implementation.
Students work on short-term consulting assignments with corporates, startups, and NGOs across domains such as marketing, finance, HR, operations, analytics, and sustainability. The students understand how an organization works, business as usual tasks, challenges, metrics and governance function wise, analyse problems, learn decision making, manage communications, engagements with professionalism, ethics and leadership mindset.
Every experience in the field becomes a lesson in teamwork, integrity, and impact - making Live Projects an essential pillar of XIME’s Experiential Learning framework.
From Knowing → Doing → Being
At the heart of Live Projects lies XIME’s learning philosophy — Knowing, Doing, and Being.
Knowing
Grasping business fundamentals and analytical tools and approaches in the classroom.
Doing
Applying the frameworks learnt to live problem statements in the industry.
Being
Evolving into reflective, ethical, and impact-driven professionals.
Each project is more than an assignment — it is a journey of transformation that nurtures both managerial competence and personal growth.
