By qualification an Engineer and a Management graduate. Completed BTech from the Indian Institute Of Technology, Madras (IIT MADRAS). Went on to complete a Postgraduate degree in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Has 30 years of post MBA experience in the industry, academics, E-learning, E-governance, skill development training, international marketing and marketing research, digital education, and corporate consultancy. Initially started the career as a management trainee with the multi-billion dollar Murugappa Group Chennai. Later promoted an industrial market research and management consultancy company along with four other IIM Ahmedabad graduates. Conducted numerous management consulting, digital transformation, business process re-engineering, marketing and market research assignments for large public sector and private sector organizations in India. Co-Promoted a leading digital education company for children along with four more promoters based in UK, Kenya, Uganda, and the Middle East. Effectively managed project teams in the development of multimedia products, including complex animation applications. Have wide experience in dealing with different cultures and business practices ranging from African frontier regions to the western world. Has implemented the digital curriculum in over 1000 schools in Uganda and Kenya. In the capacity as a CEO and as an International management business consultant was associated with many leading groups across various fields. Throughout the career kept in touch with academics by being a visiting faculty in management institutes.
