Shimona Shriya is an Assistant Professor at XIME. She is pursuing a PhD in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bodh Gaya (The Enlightening IIM). Shimona is in her final PhD stage. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical and Electronics from BIT Mesra, Ranchi. Beyond academia, Shimona brings valuable industry experience, having worked for two years at Honda Cars India Ltd. and nearly two years at Havells India Ltd. Her corporate roles honed her expertise in operations, supplier relationship management, project management, and quality assurance, bridging practical insights with theoretical frameworks.

Her research interests encompass Market Design, Preference Matching, Data Envelopment Analysis, Project Management, and Sports Management. She is equally passionate about teaching, with a keen interest in Operations Management, Project Management, Business Statistics, and Supply Chain Management. Shimona aims to contribute to academia through impactful research and dynamic teaching, fostering a rich learning environment for students.
