Dr.Roshni James is the Dean (Academics) and Area Chair (HRM & OB ) at Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship Bangalore. She has been trained in pedagogy from the IIM-Ahmedabad. Holds a doctorate in Management from Bharathiar University; Qualified UGC-NET in Management; Certified in educational counselling from Christ University. She is affiliated as a member Board of Studies, Bangalore University. Expertise, teaching and research interests are in the areas of Human resource management, Positive psychology, Organisational behaviour and Business communication. Dr. Roshni offers academic modules, and coaching on behavioural science, and psychological well-being as a part of her industry-academia interface activities.
