Ravi has two decades of corporate experience in Sales and Marketing roles ; across various industries – FMCG , FMCD , Telecom and Start-Ups . He started his career with Berger Paints and had long stints with Wipro Consumer Care and Samsung Mobile.  He moved to Education sector as an Entrepreneur investing in an Aptitude Training Institute where he also played the role of Chief Mentor. He has also engaged with Start-Ups and SMEs for business development and retail expansion in recent years.

Ravi has done his MBA from Xavier Institute of Management – Bhubaneswar. He has undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from VSSUT – Sambalpur. He is currently a PhD scholar at IIM Sambalpur He also did a course from IIM Calcutta on Advance Program in Strategic Management

His area of Expertise are Channel Sales – Retail Expansion – Business Development – Product Management and Strategic Management.
