Dr. Rajagopalan works as professor in the OB & HRM area and holds the doctoral degree in Organizational Behavior from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirapalli.  He has over thirty-five years of academic-experience, including over eighteen years of overseas teaching.

Dr. Rajagopalan has also worked in higher educational institutions overseas  including Ethiopia (UNDP scheme), Zimbabwe, Malaysia, Dubai & Singapore.

With this rich experience, he brings variegated discussions in the classroom, thereby endeavoring to prepare future business leaders of tomorrow.

Dr. Rajagopalan regularly lectures in the FH Joanneum (University of Applied Sciences), Graz, Austria, on Strategic Management to the Masters’ students.
