Prior to XIME as an Assistant Professor, he has worked as Assistant Professor with Acharya Bangalore B-School (Bangalore), Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College (Coimbatore) and Nehru College of Management (Coimbatore), where he has taught courses such as Digital Marketing, Sales & Channel Management, Social Media Marketing, Financial Accounting, Advance Financial Management, and Research Methodology.
Dr. Manoj has published research in Scopus and UGC Care journals and has contributed as a reviewer and resource person in FDPs, workshops, and seminars.
