Dr. Johnsy Johnson is an Assistant Professor with over 11 years of professional experience, comprising 8 years in academia and 3 years of corporate experience at Grant Thornton, Bengaluru. She holds a Ph.D. in Management Science from the University of Mysore and is KSET-qualified.
Her research interests include Artificial Intelligence applications in business, Financial Analytics, Human Resource Analytics, ERP Systems, Educational Technology, Virtual Reality, and Digital Banking. She has published 12 research papers in IEEE, Scopus, Web of Science, and UGC-indexed journals and is the author of the book Statistics for Management.
Alongside her academic responsibilities, Dr. Johnsy has been actively involved in curriculum design, academic coordination, quality assurance, and student engagement, contributing to the overall development of the institutions she has served.
She is an Academic counsellor at IGNOU, Board of Studies Member at Padmashree Institute of Management and has delivered an International Lecture under the InteLect Programme conducted by Saint Louis College, Philippines.
She believes in creating a learning environment that combines academic concepts with practical applications, encouraging students to develop analytical thinking and informed decision-making skills.
