Dr. Cristina Mary Alexander is a Senior Assistant Professor at XIME, Bangalore, with over 18 years of experience in teaching, research, academic administration, curriculum development, student mentoring, and institutional development. She holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from Pondicherry University, with research focused on Customer Experience Management.
Her areas of expertise include Strategic Management, Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, and Customer Experience Management. She completed a Post Graduate Program in Data Science and Business Analytics from Great Lakes Institute of Management in collaboration with the McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin.
Prior to joining XIME, she served as Dean – Education at Exafluence Education, where she was instrumental in implementing and coordinating the Master’s in Data Science programme from its inception. She played a key role in curriculum planning, academic operations, faculty coordination, student engagement, and the successful execution of the programme.
Over the years, Dr. Cristina has taught a wide range of marketing and management subjects, organized conferences, workshops, FDPs, and webinars, contributed to curriculum development, coordinated student development initiatives, and supported accreditation and quality assurance activities. She has also been actively involved in community outreach programmes and village development initiatives. Her current interests include Marketing Analytics, Design Thinking, Artificial Intelligence in Marketing, and innovation-driven business solutions.
