Dr. Christopher Rajkumar S. earned his Ph.D. in Business Economics from the University of Southern Denmark in 2017. His doctoral thesis, titled “Towards a Theory of Sourcing Innovation: Conceptualization, Antecedents, and Performance Implications,” focused on sourcing innovation and its performance implications.
He has work experience in both the Information Technology (IT) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industries. Prior to joining XIME as Associate Professor, he served as Assistant Professor (Operations Management) at the University of Southern Denmark, Kolding, and Associate Professor (Operations Management) at MYRA School of Business, Mysuru.
Dr. Christopher teaches courses in Operations and Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Analytics, Project Management, and Quantitative and Qualitative Research Methodologies. He has also mentored students in academic projects and theses.
His research interests are in the area of Supply Chain Management, and he has published nine peer-reviewed journal articles in this field.
