Mr. Surendar A brings over 15 years of experience in corporate relations, higher education, and skill development. At Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME), Bengaluru, he leads the Corporate Relations function, managing final placements, internships, and industry engagement across XIME’s Bengaluru, Chennai, and Kochi campuses.

His expertise spans corporate partnerships, campus recruitment, student career development, and industry-academia collaboration. He has successfully established strong recruiter networks, organized placement drives, industry conclaves, and training programs aimed at enhancing student employability.

Prior to joining XIME, Mr. Surendar held leadership roles at Alliance University and ICT Academy, where he was recognized with the Significant Contributor Award for his outstanding work in corporate engagement and placement initiatives. He also has experience working with the Central Footwear Training Institute (MSME, Government of India) and served as Assistant Professor and Head of the Department at Loyola College, Tiruvannamalai.

He holds an MBA from Pondicherry University , and an M.Phil. in Management. His career reflects a strong commitment to building meaningful industry linkages and supporting students in their professional growth.
