The club bridges theory and practice through interactive workshops, simulations, and events that explore every aspect of HR—from recruitment and analytics to diversity and well-being.

HR Conclave 2025 – "Tech-Enabled Future HR": Hosted senior leaders from Infosys, Google, and Biocon Biologics together on one panel to unpack how technology is reshaping recruitment, engagement, and decision-making in HR.

 

XIMERA – The HR "Samudra Manthan" Challenge: A nine-round intercollegiate competition against teams from colleges across Karnataka, built to test HR thinking under real pressure and scrutiny.

 

SIP Sundays, Season 4: A five-part alumni speaker series turning real internship experiences from companies like Oracle and Infosys, into practical playbooks for report writing and PPO conversion

 

Live Project with Translab.io: An end-to-end consulting engagement that involved designing an anonymous employee feedback survey and delivered an action report that surfaced real gaps in onboarding and engagement for leadership
