Brief profile
Dr M. Rani has 19 years of academic and corporate training experience. Her expertise spans across various domains in Human resource management such as T&D, performance appraisal, business communication and organizational behaviour.

She also has tremendous experience in ISO certification and accreditation by NAAC & NBA. She has worked as a consultant for the accreditation programs of various educational institutions in Tamil Nadu.

She has published books on Business Ethics & Corporate Social Responsibility and Communication English for Technical Engineers. Currently, she focuses on issues related to women empowerment. Recently, she has submitted a report to ICCSSR on the causes of gender violence against women tourism in India. She has also published papers in national and international journals. She is highly involved in students’ career growth and has developed several customized learning modules.
