Organisation Based Programmes (OBP)

In addition to teaching and training, XIME faculty is available for handling consultancy projects for industries, small business organizations as well as government organizations. With its strong faculty base, the Institute is able to assure quality in its consultancy work. Institute usually fields competent faculty teams for such projects for specific organizations. Another organization-based activity of the Institute is the design and conduct of training and development programmes in general management, functional management areas as well as in skills development, each designed to suit the specific needs of organizations.
