Centre for Leadership Development

A joint project of XIME and ‘Initiatives of Change’, India, aims at shaping a steady stream of ethically and socially conscious leaders at middle and senior levels for all major sectors of the economy and polity: public systems, public utilities, education, civil administration, R & D and industry.

The programmes offered will be of one to three weeks duration. Some of these programmes will be offered in collaboration with reputable leadership development institutions both from the East and the West.
