Sundar Viswanathan is a Chartered Accountant and has an executive MBA from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. He is a business and finance professional with more than 30 years of corporate experience including more than 15 yrs as a CFO. He has extensive experience in Manufacturing and IT companies including start-ups as well as well established large MNC IT corporations like HP, Motorola, CSC in the areas of Finance, Shared Services, Business Support and Business Intelligence & Reporting.

He has been involved in setting up IT companies and also in numerous M&As. His latest stint was as the India country head and CEO for a Canadian BFSI IT product Co based out of Bangalore. He has lived and worked in Asia (India), Europe (UK) and the USA (Washington DC).  Currently, he runs his own consulting organisation where he is involved with M&As and CFO advisory assignments.

He has also been a guest faculty at IIM Kozhikode, Christ University (Bangalore) and at St.Stephens (New Delhi).
