Sriram is an able academician teaching subjects in the area of Human Resources management, more specifically organizational behaviour, talent management and labour Laws. By qualification, he is an Industrial and Production Engineer with a

PGDBA from XIME.
He began his career in Toyota, after a stint in the Middle East. He then came back and started the Bangalore operations of Manpower, a global staffing firm. Further, he moved to Samsung and managed an HR team. Currently, he runs a consultancy firm.
He is an expert in implementing HR policies, procedures and processes. He is also adept at devising HR strategies and leading HR initiatives to ensure that talent is retained and is available to meet the growing needs of the business.
He has also been instrumental in steering efforts for maximising compensation, reward and recognition programs and developing additional initiatives to support the goals of the business segment. While at his previous firm, he was responsible for workforce planning, recruitment, selection, induction and socialisation activities in the organisation.
Sriram is very active in working with NGOs in the area of nature education and conservation. He conducts regular nature/bird walks across the city. He is also an eco-volunteer certified by Karnataka Forest Department and has undertaken a census of several mammals.
