Professor A.S. Rajarajan has over 17 Years of Experience in the Manufacturing, IT and IT-ES Industry. An MBA holder from XIME Bangalore he specialized in Human Resources Management. Beginning his career at TOYOTA, Kirloskar Motor, he was trained as a Trainer in TOYOTA Mother Plant in Japan in the implementation of TPS and Employee Participation Schemes like QC Circles and Employee Kaizen Schemes. Further to that, he had served as Corporate HR Manager in the TATA Group Companies such as TATA Teleservices and Tata Business Solutions. His most recent corporate stint was with Auto Component Major Visteon, wherein he served as Head –HR for Visteon’s Software and BPO Division.
Drawing on his experience in employee engagement from both manufacturing and IT, IT-ES industry, Prof. Rajarajan believes in Positive Employee Engagement and Behavior Guidance through Game Based Learning. To that end, his current work revolves around researching FUN oriented Learning and Corporate Gamification efforts of different organizations.
