Executive PGDM Programme

This 15 month Executive PGDM has been designed to equip corporate professionals with concepts, skills and techniques essential to make them more effective leaders and change agents in their organizations, whether in the private or public sectors. The thrust of the learning experience is to train you to compete and succeed using leadership skills, strategic thinking and in-depth functional knowledge. The programme shortens the learning curve of prospective General Managers and Vice Presidents through exposure to strategic issues in management over a wide front.

The programme is aimed to sharpen your skills with intensive learning in each of the functional areas of business management and to develop you as a confident, well-informed manager.

The programme challenges you with fresh ideas, and it enables you to add clarity and depth to your perspective by exchanging ideas and thoughts and comparing notes on business practices with your peers as well as members of faculty and visting resource persons. It also enables you to build a wide network of contacts from the diverse sectors of business and industry.

During this programme you will learn to think like General Managers and most importantly, you will practice the skills of questioning, listening, integrating, and communicating. You will have the opportunity to experiment with new approaches and to discuss your own professional challenges with your colleagues and faculty facilitators.

All this will be administered by our highly professional faculty team with vast experience in industry and administration, backed by a strong academic background.

Eligibility

• Graduates in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% marks at Graduation
• Executives with Minimum 5 years experience

Admission Procedure

Programme Schedule

• Last date for application May 30 , 2012
• Course commences on 1st July 2012
• Course duration 15 Months -including 3 months industrial project
• Class timings (Monday to Saturday ) 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
• Attendance Requirement 80 percent

Fee Structure

The programme fee

• At the time of admission : Rs 1,25,000
• At the beginning of 1st term : Rs 1,25,000
• At the beginning of 2nd term : Rs 1,25,000
• At the beginning of 3rd term : Rs 1,25,000
• A foreign education trip at an additional cost of Rs. 1,20,000/- (estimated)

Caution Deposit

A one time caution deposit of Rs.15,000 is payable at the time of admission, which is refundable at the end of the programme, after deducting dues to XIME, if any. (not applicable for sponsored candidates)

Accommodation

Executive residence is available at our Executive block for which a separate charge is applicable.
